What is included in hiring the Pop Up Patch Bar?

In short, everything! But let us break it down for you:

  • Pop Up Patch Bar for 2.5 hours
  • Patch Bar assistant
  • Onesies or bibs

How much does it cost to hire the Pop Up Patch Bar?

How long is the Pop Up Patch Bar available for at my event?

The Pop Up Patch Bar will be available for 2.5 hours at your event. This time does not include set up or pack up.


Do I need to set up/pack up the Pop Up Patch Bar?

The Pop Up Patch Bar comes with an assistant who will set up, pack up and also help your guests create their custom gifts. 


What size are the bibs?

Approximately 20.5cm by 19.3cm with 2 adjustable press studs.


What size are the onesies?

The onesies will come in an even selection of sizes 0000, 000, 00 and 0.

 

What are the bibs made of?

The bibs are made of 6 layers of muslin cotton. 

What are the onesies made of?

The onesies are made of 100% cotton.

 

How do the patches stick on?

The embroidery patches are backed with hot melt adhesive. This adhesive is activated by the heat press which attaches it to the fabric.


Do you accept cash payment for events? 

Yes, absolutely. However a 50% deposit will need to be made to secure your booking. Please email me to arrange this payment method at perthpatchbar@outlook.com

 

What suburbs do you service?

We service all suburbs within 30km of Perth CBD. If you are holding an event outside of this area, please contact us. Travel fees start from $50. 


How well do the custom bibs & onesies wear? 

You will receive a care guide for the patched onesies & bibs which explains the best way to wash & look after them! We recommend no heat (for example no ironing or washing with hot water) so the hot melt adhesive isn’t reactivated. If you are hiring the Pop Up Patch Bar, the Patch Bar assistant will tack stitch all the patches onto the onesies/bibs to ensure long lasting wear!

 

Do you do events other than baby shower?

Yes we do all sorts of events! Contact us to arrange a custom package.


There are no available dates for the month of my Baby Shower?

We only open bookings 2-4 months in advance. Be sure to subscribe to emails to be notified when the next lot of bookings are released. Alternatively your date may be booked by someone else. Please email perthpatchbar@outlook.com if you are unsure. We're always happy to help.
